James (Jim) Monahan is an Executive Director and Regional Head of the America’s Institutional Asset Servicing Group at Morgan Stanley, managing groups in Baltimore and the New York Morgan Stanley offices. He attended St. John’s University with a major in English.  He is a Past President of the Corporate Action Section within SIFMA’s Operations and Technology Society, a member of the Capital Markets Working Group at SIFMA and a member of the DTCC Asset Advisory Board.  Jim has over 25 years brokerage operations experience with a primary focus being on domestic and global Corporate Actions, other areas of experience are: Risk Management, Stock Loan Operations, P&S reconciliations, Settlements and Global Project Management.

Kerry has been part of the financial services industry for over 25 years and currently leads J.P. Morgan’s Asset Owner product strategy. In this capacity she works closely with Product Managers, Risk and Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of new and enhanced products for J.P. Morgan’s Asset Owner clients.  Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Kerry spent 20 years in various managerial roles with BNY Mellon and legacy Mellon organizations subsequent to eight years with Merganser Capital Management. At Merganser her areas of focus were back office operations, financial reporting, relationship management, and client reporting for primarily tax exempt clients.
